Return & Refund Policy - FreshShoes&Clothes

At FreshShoes&Clothes, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If something isnt right, we'll do our best to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns:

  1. Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
  2. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in orginal packaging with all tags inact.
  3. Sneakers must be returned in the orginal shoebox, which must be undamaged.
  4. Final Sale: All clearance items, sale items, and accessories (e.g., socks hats, sunglasses) are non-refundable and non-returnable. 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, youll be notified of approval or denial.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • Sizes or color not right? Exchanges are allowed within 7 days, if the requested items is in stock.
  • Please contact us to initiate an exchange and hold your replacement item. 

Return Shipping:

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged. 
  • We recommend using a trackable service for returns. FreshShoes&Clothes is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. 

Damaged or Wrong Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged, defected, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll take care of it ASAP.
