Return & Refund Policy - FreshShoes&Clothes
At FreshShoes&Clothes, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If something isnt right, we'll do our best to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy below:
Returns:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in orginal packaging with all tags inact.
- Sneakers must be returned in the orginal shoebox, which must be undamaged.
- Final Sale: All clearance items, sale items, and accessories (e.g., socks hats, sunglasses) are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, youll be notified of approval or denial.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Sizes or color not right? Exchanges are allowed within 7 days, if the requested items is in stock.
- Please contact us to initiate an exchange and hold your replacement item.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.
- We recommend using a trackable service for returns. FreshShoes&Clothes is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
- If your order arrives damaged, defected, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll take care of it ASAP.
